Robar Civil operates as one team united in a planned manner to be safe, with a focus on delivering one outcome consistently across the many activities. The health and safety of our employees, as well as minimising environmental harm and delivering quality is our highest priority.
Our approach to managing Workplace Health, Safety, Environment and Quality is via our Integrated Management System (IMS). Our IMS is a system that integrates all of our management systems policies, processes and procedures into one unified management framework that complies with:
- ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems);
- ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems); and
- ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems).
We take a professional and collaborative approach to working with our clients and use our expertise to deliver innovative and sustainable projects. Workplace Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Management from the outset is the cornerstone of all our project activities. This helps us ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high quality while minimising any adverse effects.
Our people are our greatest asset and we are committed to providing safe systems of work to protect our people, including contractors, always! Environmental management and quality are also important to our business. We have implemented robust systems and processes to ensure that our projects minimise environmental impact, and our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the specific quality in consultation with our clients.
In order to be the best at what we do, our Integrated Management System has been rolled out nationally across our business. Our systems and processes are regularly audited by external parties to ensure we maintain a high standard of delivery across our portfolio of projects.
ISO 9001- Quality Management
The ROBAR Civil Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
ROBAR Civil is committed to protecting the environment by conducting our operations in an ecologically sustainable manner ROBAR Civil will seek to ensure the goals of this policy continue to be met now and into the future.
Our Environmental Management System is certified to ISO 14001. ISO 14001 sets out the criteria for environmental management systems and maps our framework to ensure effective environmental management.
ISO45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management
ROBAR Civil is committed to the prevention of work-related injury and ill health and the provision of safe and healthy workplaces to protect the health, safety and welfare of our employees and anyone else that may be affected through our organisational activities.
The ROBAR Civil Occupational Health and Safety Management System is certified to ISO 45001. ISO 45001 demonstrates our organisational commitment to improving employee safety, reducing workplace risks and creating better and safer working conditions.
