The Work Safe, Home Safe logo was introduced to the ROBAR Civil work force during May 2021. This was distributed via a series of pre-start meetings and toolbox talks. Reporting of hazards and near misses is an important part of our Duty of Care requirements and is an essential part of reducing harm across our business, our client sites and across other companies we work around. Everyone is responsible for safety! Speaking up may prevent one of our workmates from getting hurt, so it is important to mitigate hazards, and report unsafe events or behaviours to Management. The message is clear, let’s WORK SAFE and go HOME SAFE.
